Safety Regulations
What to do if there is a fire in the room:
- Dial the number (0) to alert customer service
- Go to the nearest exit, make sure that the door to the room is closed behind you.
- Remember to have your room key and follow the emergency signs.
What to do if your room is full of smoke:
- If you cannot cross, please stay in the room.
- Please keep it low and place a damp towel on the face, mouth and head.
- Stand at the window, point out, and wait for the fire brigade.
Internal Rules
Conditions for entering the room:
The maximum number of guests allowed in the room depends on the type of room booked and the management reserves the right to refuse entry to any additional guest as well as the right to prevent the transfer of prohibited goods into the room. To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests, no celebrations or gatherings are allowed inside the room, and smoking is not permitted in the non-smoking room.
* In the event that the instructions are not followed, the hotel has the right to impose a minimum fine (500 Saudi riyals) for an additional cost of additional cleaning work.
Peace and quiet:
The guest must be careful not to disturb others at any time either through direct behavior of the guest or a member of his family or his guests, the use of radio, television or other electrical devices provided by the hotel is authorized, as long as the noise generated did not disturb others and within internal systems.
Room visit:
Management reserves the right to visit rooms to check on their condition or the condition of the guest if management believes there is a danger.
Maintenance and repairs:
In general, any act that resulted in damage to the room, its accessories, furnishings or appliances and to be considered normal damage, the guest will be required to bear all costs of repair and renewal and the cost of repair, cleaning and replacement will be calculated before the guest leaves.
Lost property:
The hotel management is not responsible for protecting the personal property in the room. Please contact customer service in case of any inquiries regarding lost property. If food and other items are found immediately, an amount of 100 riyals will be charged for 3 months and 200 riyals for 6 months, and if not The hotel is reviewed and items will be donated to charity.
Green initiative:
Please help us conserve precious resources by removing your key card from the energy saver when you exit the room, only towels placed in the bathroom will be replaced.
Rules and Regulations:
- The tenant may not use, inspect or allow the room to be used except as a private residence for him and his family. Guests are not allowed to be present except with a prior written approval from the administration, after clarifying the reasons for the guest’s presence, and these are subject to the conditions imposed by the administration.
- The tenant is not entitled to place any advertisement for a trademark or any logo of any kind on any wall in the room or in any part of the common areas of the hotel.
No tenant may hang nails, screws, or any pieces that deform, damage or injure whatsoever on the floors, ceilings, walls and wood in any part of the room.
- Ensure that all doors and other means of access to the apartment are securely locked at all times when the room is left vacant.
- No pets are allowed inside the hotel.
- The tenant and room occupants are not allowed to cause any disturbance or inconvenience to the management or any other tenant in the hotel by using any musical instrument or instrument that causes noise in the hotel.
- It is not allowed to put clothes, bedding or any other materials that are hanging outside the room and visible from the street or from any other place, which the management deems to be inappropriate or disturb the general appearance of the hotel building.
- Games, bikes or others are not allowed inside the hotel.
- We recommend that the tenant, visitors and staff dress appropriately at all times when using the hotel's common areas.
- The tenant shall comply with all rules and regulations available from time to time which are established, changed or added by the management.
